Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy

All programme, course, mentoring and counselling fees are non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed, subject to applicable law. This policy is intended to be clear: payments are final once successfully completed.

• Other paid educational programmes
• Paid counselling or consultation services, where applicable

Before Payment

Candidates are encouraged to review the following and clarify any questions with Royal Med Academy before completing payment.

• Eligibility requirements
• Mentoring format

After Payment

Once payment has been successfully completed:

• The payment is considered final.
• Refund requests will generally not be accepted.
• Programme fees cannot be transferred or exchanged unless Royal Med Academy agrees otherwise in writing.

Exceptional Circumstances

Although the standard policy is no refund, any exception will be considered only where required by applicable law or where Royal Med Academy expressly agrees to an exception in writing.

Payment Issues

If a payment is deducted but the programme or enrolment is not successfully recorded due to a technical or payment-processing issue, contact Royal Med Academy with the transaction or payment reference. The academy will investigate the transaction and coordinate with the payment provider where necessary. This process does not automatically promise a refund.

Cancellation by Royal Med Academy

If Royal Med Academy cancels a programme or is unable to deliver a paid programme, the academy will communicate the available resolution to affected candidates in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation. No automatic refund is promised unless the academy has confirmed that policy.

Important Payment Notice

Payments made through Razorpay remain subject to Razorpay's payment processing terms and applicable banking or payment network rules. Royal Med Academy's refund policy applies to the underlying educational service.
